一、Analysis of cracking cause
    1、Environmental factor
The northeast region belong to cold area, and the temperature is very low in winter. It is very poor using environment for plastic-steel windows and doors, compared to other climate region, profile has larger shrinkage, material has much more interior stress, bearing capacity and impact resistance of profile is declining, ability is also reducing to withstand repeated temperature changes. Therefore, corresponding measure shall be taken in the field of door＆window design and process. Thus, we could compensate disadvantage factor caused by low ambient temperature, besides, comprehensive performance could be enhanced, it is necessary and sometimes it is a must.
2、Feature of color profile is different from that of white profile
Color profiles have a strong light temperature rising phenomenon. White profile can reflect most of the sun's light under sunshine, the amplitude of temperature rising is small if profile absorb less energy; Color profile only reflect a small part of sunshine, the amplitude of temperature rising is more if profile absorb more energy. In the day and night, sunny-side door＆ window of color profile have larger phenomenon of expansion and contraction compared to night-side door ＆window if outdoor temperature is low. That is mean repeated high and low temperature changes occurs, welding angle is easy to crack under such phenomenon. This kind of phenomenon could seldom occur or never occur if same external window is installed night-side or white profile is employed. Somebody have made test in summer: surface temperature of dark profile is ten degrees higher than that of white profile. Dark profile, especially black, dark gray, dark brown, dark green and deep red profile have highest light temperature rising under sunshine.

3、Weight load of external window
Weight load is an important load of external window, and it is frequently ignored. Reinforced steel is generally not connected to each other for plastic doors＆windows of welding process. Thus, the force of the welding part is very complicated: there is force generated by wind loads perpendicular to surface of glass, pressure and pulling force may be caused by expansion and contraction of thermal temperature change, there is also downward force generated by weight. Glass weight is conveyed to transverse rod of window through glass pad, this form several(generally two)concentrated load. Weight load is a constant and fixed load. Thus, special attention should be paid to the factors of weight load when bulk glass, thick glass, three layers of glass and other window type are selected.

二、Taken measures
    According to climate in cold regions, application of large window and three glass window (thick glass window), DIMEX handle research for formulating welding, screw connection process and glass supporting pad, DIMEX effectively solve welding angle crack of color profile in cold region, besides, it has been successfully applied; DIMEX successfully declare patent technology and obtain patent certificate.

1、First-welding and subsequent assembling process of screw connection shall be used for mun-tin parts, thus, stress ability could be improved for welding angle. Pure screw connection has good stress, mun-tin may cause gap owing to shrinkage of profile in cold winter, first-welding and subsequent assembling process of screw connection solves gap problem.
2、Clamping screw could be added for improving connection force between profile and profile steel, reinforced steel can play a significant role in blocking during shrinkage of plastic profiles, this can reduce shrinkage of member bar(combinations of profile and reinforced steel) and stress force of welding parts.
3、Glass pad is installed on the metal reinforcing piece after screw connection, thud, weight of glass can not conveyed to horizontal mun-tin, glass pad is also can installed at the middle(a bit position or 1/3 of two bits position) of next glass if above and below are all fixed glass, glass pad is installed at corresponding position below the upper glass, weight of above glass could convey to below frame through pad.
4、Gravity part of lower frame profile and bellow part of mullion could have local support if all around is added foam agent as installation process, this can prevent influence of gravity load.

一、Cause analysis:
    There are many places in the south of the Yangtze River, those places frequently use outward-opening window, sometimes fixed windows could be used, fixed depression bar is at external place, depression bar could loose and glass could come off and other hidden danger may occur, meanwhile, it can not guard against theft as another hidden dangers.

二、Solution：
    According to product structure features, DIMEX has developed flip technology of outward-opening window, depression bar is transferred for installation at indoor side through designed special conversion-frame product, this successfully solve unsafe factors of outward-opening window depression bar for installation at outdoor side. Safety function is not only achieved after transferring, meanwhile, aesthetic sense of whole widow has been displayed.
